Our client is seeking a resourceful and professional person to fill the position of paralegal for their downtown office. This position evolves in a complex and constantly changing environment, which means that rules and risks must always be taken into consideration.

Administrative tasks:

• Revise and comment on legal documents.
• Support the legal managers and directors.
• Do research and decision summaries.
• Prepare letters, reports and expert assessment.
• Help prepare annual reports.
• Administrate the database.
• Revise the translation of legal documents.
• Any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a paralegal.
• Bilingualism – spoken and written.

Salary: 65 000$ per year

Schedule: Day / 8 AM to 5 PM / 40 hrs per week

Status: Permanent
