Our client, a great company known in its field, is currently looking for an office clerk who is independent and professional for its Montreal office, the temporary position ends June 2018.

Administrative tasks:

  • Manage clients’ accounts;
  • Change prices for providers’ inventory accounts;
  • Deal with deposits and receipts;
  • Help receivable accounts (call clients for their collection);
  • Do all other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

  • Good level of bilingualism.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of the ACOMBA software, a big asset.
  • Vocational studies diploma in accounting or an equivalent.

Salary: 15$ per hour.

Schedule: Day, 8:30am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) / 37.5 hours per week.

Status: Temporary until June 2018.
