Our client, a well-known enterprise, is actually looking for a detail-oriented, efficient and perfectionist person to fill in a temporary office clerk position, for about a month, at their Anjou office.

Main tasks:

  • Distribute to order clerks their work tools, in a computerized and administrative manner;
  • Coordinate operations between all different departments and individuals;
  • Supervise missing products during order completion process and provide them as needed ;
  • Plan all industrial elevators trips ;
  • Detect and correct inventory discrepancies observed in the EXE system;
  • Ensure the replenishment of all empty sections by elevator operators;
  • Re-activate drop-out tasks from elevator operators;
  • Collaborate with the invoicing department;
  • All other administrative or related clerical tasks.

Schedule: Evening, 12pm to 8:30pm (Monday to Friday)
