Our client is a company very well-known in the fashion industry and is currently looking for a detail-oriented and efficient person to fill a temporary position of office clerk in Montreal. * Veuillez noter que l’entreprise va déménager dans le secteur d’Anjou en début d’année 2018*. *Please note that the company will be moving in Anjou in the beginning of 2018*.

Tasks:

  • Gather and handle purchase orders,
  • Prepare documents for shipment,
  • Provide shipment information and instructions,
  • Send invoices to clients,
  • Follow-up on purchase orders,
  • Enter data, especially in Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support.
  • Experience using the Momentis software, an asset.
  • High school diploma completed.
  • Very comfortable working in a computer-based environment.
  • Bilingualism, essential.

Salary: 13$ per hour.

Schedule: Day from 9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday).

Status: Temporary, for an indefinite period.
