Our client is a brand new medical clinic in Montreal and is looking for an amazing medical secretary who will be in charge of staff management and coordination. You will become an indispensable over time!

Directly reporting to the owner, you will have to

• Answer telephone calls and answer patients’ questions.
• Supervise a small team (at least 5 employees).
• Sterilize tools.
• Professionally and cheerfully greet clients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Efficiently answer doctors’ questions.
• Classify and keep patients’ files up to date.
• Carry out any other tasks required for the position

Requirements:

• DVS in medical secretariat or equivalent experience (an asset).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical secretariat.
• Experience in a medical clinic (a strong asset).
• Excellent level of bilingualism.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.

Salary: 22$ per hour

Schedule: Day shift

Status: Permanent
