Our client is a medical clinic in Longueuil and is seeking a medical secretary. You are valuable!

Reporting directly to the doctor, you will have to:

• Professionally and politely greet patients
• Answer telephone calls and patients’ questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer all of the doctors’ questions.
• Classify and keep patients’ files up to date
• Write letters and documents required by the doctors
• Any other tasks required for the position

• Be flexible with the Monday to Friday schedule.
• Be available to work up to 9 PM Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Be patient and pay attention to the needs.
• Properly manage priorities and follow schedules.
• Have excellent relational skills and goo team spirit.
• Take initiative, be punctual and discreet.

Requirements:

• DVS in medical secretariat or equivalent experience (an asset).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a medical secretary.
• Excellent level of bilingualism, spoken and written.
• Being available and flexible in regards to scheduling.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.

Salary: 14$ to 16$ per hour based on experience

Schedule: Day / Part time – around 30 hours per week / Monday to Friday

Status: permanent
