Our client is a medical clinic looking for a medical secretary, who is mature and professional, to fill the permanent and full-time position for their office in Pierrefonds.

You will be responsible for:

• Answering telephone calls and patients’ questions.
• Greeting patients in a professional and cheerful way.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Properly answering doctors’ orders.
• Classifying and updating patients’ files.
• Doing other related tasks.

Requirements:

• DVS in medical secretariat or equivalent experience, an asset.
• At least 2 years of experience as a medical secretary.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Mandatory bilingualism.

Salary: 19$ per hour

Schedule: Day, 8:30am to 5pm / 37.5 hours per week

Status: Permanent
