Tasks:

• Manage, train and supervise the team of mechanics in the workshop.
• Plan and organize tasks to make sure that the operations are running smoothly.
• Prepare and follow the quotes, as well as work orders.
• Prepare service bulletins.
• Verify timesheets.
• Handle and prioritize clients’ questions.
• Play a leadership role in health and safety.
• Complete any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• DVS in construction machine mechanics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction machine mechanics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in staff management.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good knowledge in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingualism (asset).

Salary: Starting at 65 000$ per year, also based on experience 

Schedule: Day, from 7am to 4pm

Status: Permanent
