Our client offers a range of transports and storage services, from bulk storage to pharmaceutical storage of special products, by renting a storage unit adapted to the agro-food industry needs. This company is currently looking for a material handler for the day shift at their warehouse in Saint-Hyacinthe.

Tasks:

  • Receive, handle and store merchandise.
  • Prepare orders and ship them.
  • Move the merchandise with a forklift and a pallet jack.
  • Unpack, code and place items in the appropriate storage space.
  • Keep the merchandise clean and in order.
  • Keep storage spaces clean and organized.
  • Carry out any other tasks related to the position, when needed.

Requirements:

High school not completed / Experience in a similar position, an asset / Able to provide some physical effort / Good punctuality / Sense of responsibility / Safety boots and long pants – mandatory.

Salary: 17.50$ an hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 4pm.

Status: Contract until February 2018, with possible extension.
