Our client is an organization in the health sector and is looking for a maintenance clerk for their Montreal office.

Tasks:

• Cut, wash, shine, sweep and polish the floors, hallways and stairs, using the appropriate equipment;
• Wash and disinfect the equipment in health care units;
• Empty the garbage cans and replace the bags;
• Oversee the management of the biomedical trash and bring them to the appropriate places;
• Clean the walls, ventilation openings and change the separating curtains, when necessary;
• Ensure the cleanliness and that the equipment works properly;
• Follow rigorous methods and techniques in order to prevent contamination;
• Follow special protocols for certain sectors like the pharmacy, operation rooms and laboratories, as well as for the patients in isolation.
• Other related tasks required for the position.

Salary: 16$ to 17.15$ per hour
