Our client, a company in the health sector, is currently looking for a maintenance clerk for their office in Montreal.

Tasks:

• Do the maintenance in specific rooms.
• Pick up trash in certain sectors where the access is limited (excluding than biomedical trash)
• Pick up sterilized biomedical trash.
• Do the maintenance of furniture and equipment of the cafeteria and the kitchen (chairs, garbage, microwave, refrigerator, etc).
• Do the dusting and the cleaning of furniture and equipment of the laboratory, accessories, tables, etc.
• Clean the floors, windows, doors of the main entrance.
• Do the maintenance of certain equipment such as refrigerators and incubators.
• Do certain work outdoors.
• Occasionally do specific work on the terrain.
• Replace lightbulbs.

Requirements:

• High school degree.
• Good knowledge of French, written and spoken.

Salary: 17.27$ per hour

Schedule: Day or evening

Status: Temporary to permanent
