Our client is a leader in its field and is seeking a logistics coordinator to join their team.

Reporting to the service center leader, your tasks will be to:

  • Ensure that the shipment and reception in the service center runs smoothly.
  • Manage and transfer relevant information to drivers to ensure that the delivery goes smoothly.
  • Confirm the route and inform the team of the changes in the itinerary, restrictions or other.
  • Prepare purchase orders and enter data in the SAP.
  • Write production reports and support the KPI analysis.
  • Maintain a good business relation and ensure a great customer service.
  • Act as a contact person among the factory and logistics executives.
  • Carry out any other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, receiving-shipping.
  • Bilingualism required (French, English).

Salary: 40 000 $ per year.

Schedule: Day shift / 40h per week
