Our client is a multinational company and is looking for a professional to be a lawyer at their head office in Boucherville. Reporting to the Head of Legal Affairs, the employee will be responsible for representing the company’s interests. The employee will also be a legal counsel.

The job mainly consists of:

  • Implementing major files.
  • Acting as a legal counsel.
  • Representing the company’s interest.
  • Elaborating and recommending orientations in your field of expertise.
  • Defending and representing the company and its employees.
  • Creating different legal representations on behalf of the partnership.
  • Negotiating and writing different types of agreements or other documents and doing title examinations.
  • Ensuring the conformity of laws and ownership in a company.
  • Doing administrative tasks related to law practice.
  • Doing doctrinal and case law research.
  • Always respecting the company’s laws and regulations.
  • Staying up to date with information and new rules and laws.
  • Doing other tasks related to the position.
