Junior accountant - Cost Analyst #4

Do you have strong analytical skills, necessary to become a cost analyst? Then this job is for you! Our client, located near the Langelier Metro station is looking for a talented candidate like you. This is a new position and will provide a wonderful opportunity for you to grow within a well-established company.

The main tasks:

• Prepare cost estimates for clients;
• Perform price and cost analysis on the various elements of major contractor proposals;
• Interact with various department heads;
• Advise, analyze, recommend and establish price objectives;
• Develop and recommend price/cost objectives for negotiations;
• Assist with other accounting tasks when required.
• Execute any other tasks related to the position.

• Have strong analytical skills;

Requirements:

• College Degree in administration or accounting.
• 2 to 4 years accounting experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.
• AUTOCAD experience, an asset.

Salary: $35,000 per year

Schedule: Day time/ 40 hour per week / Monday to Friday / Flexible schedule

Status: Permanent
