Our client is a Quebec-based company in full growth that offers computer services to companies for over 20 years. They offer their know-how, advice, services, products, technology and training.

With many services/categories like networking, messaging, servers, virtualization, security, backup, storage, IP telephony, recovery and other important categories, and many business partners. They offer a service adapted to every client’s needs.

They are currently looking for a Sales Representative for computer services to fill a position in the Montreal office and to expand the team.

Your tasks consist of:

  • Knowing the company products and services.
  • Managing and developing relations with new clients.
  • Scouting potential clients (especially in Downtown Montreal).
  • Preparing and presenting sales contracts.
  • Coming up with strategies and negotiation positions by evaluating the potential clients’ needs.
  • Listening to clients and their needs, discussing costs and describing sales strategies.
  • Developing and presenting the company products and services to the clients and the potential clients.
  • Completing the steps in the sale cycle (from the first contact by telephone, until the demonstration, negotiation and closure agreements).
  • Personally meeting, or by telephone, to discuss business with clients corresponding to the service offer.
  • Staying up to date with skills and knowledge.
  • Carrying out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

  • Professional studies or certificate in Computer Science or Sales.
  • Extensive knowledge in French and very good level of English.
  • Ready to work on the road and with clients.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Valid driver’s license – Travel to clients.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service / post-sale.
  • Experience in B2B sales and customer relations.
  • Experience in selling computer science services/products.
  • Comfortable explaining the possible benefits and speaking to senior executives.

Salary: 40 000$ to 65 000$ per year, based on experience + Bonus Plan.

Schedule: Day, 8:30 AM to 5 PM (flexible) / 37.5h per week.
