Our client is seeking a resourceful and professional person to fill the position of invoicing analyst for their office in Downtown Montreal.

Under the authority of the assistant invoicing and royalties’ director, the analyst will have to prepare the payments, upload in the Oracle AP, validate and support the team with the executive tests (comparison analysis).

Administrative tasks:

  • Take care of the services billing.
  • Coordinate claims.
  • Follow up on requests and contracts.
  • Reconcile the weekly and monthly invoices.
  • Write and review daily and monthly reports.
  • Supervise the inventory of invoices.
  • Manage the monthly message agenda.
  • Coordinate the address confirmation.
  • Verify the billing plans.
  • Manage operational problems.
  • Manage and supervise customer accounts in the Oracle system.
  • Manage the email inbox (questions, claims …).
  • Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting and Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and MS Access.
  • Knowledge in accounting software like Oracle, an asset.
  • Very good knowledge in French and English, both spoken and written.

Salary: 25$ to 30$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 5 PM / 35 hours per week

Status: Temporary
