Recruitment partner of this well-known company for over 2 years, our client, located in the Vaudreuil-Dorion area is looking to fill the position of an SAP Inventory Coordinator.

Are you a key resource WMS Expert familiar working with SAP? We have a 1 year position with the possibility of it changing to a permanent position. The main focus of this position is checking the daily accuracy of the data for the supply chain to ensure that it is balanced at their distribution center.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Perform transactions.
  • Identify and report any irregularities in the supply chain.
  • Ensure inbound reconciliation is updated weekly.
  • Support high peak period on weekends during month end close.
  • Make analyses and research to identify errors at source and make the necessary corrections.
  • Make recommendations to improve the process to ensure effective use of the SAP system.
  • Ensure all idocs have been cleared.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders involved in the logistic processes.
  • Be the go-to person for SAP users to solve problems at the source.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in WMS – specifically EDI and/or SAP is mandatory
  • Minimum High School diploma
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years working experience in Supply Chain or Distribution Center.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & French is mandatory
  • Ability to work independently
