Internal Sales Representative #699

Our client is a leader in commercializing membranes and roofing materials and is seeking an internal sales representative for a seasonal contract that ends in October 2018.

Main tasks:

• Provide excellent customer service in a professional and responsible way;
• Establish the delivery schedules and ensure the internal production speed is followed;
• Ensure the quality of the internal electronic orders;
• Maintain good relations with the clientele (SAV, courteous calls, open to suggestions);
• Handle orders (data entry, verification, delivery follow-up, etc.);
• Prepare agreements according to the customer’s order and maintain the reports up to date;
• Promote the company image and its products;
• Find customer needs and suggesting the products that will meet them;
• Keep the sales and order spreadsheets up to date;
• Find the market for potential clients;
• Professionally manage customer complaints by contacting the people needed;
• Take part in trainings to help increase your sales skills;
• Manage customer files.
• Any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• Bilingualism required
• Good knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge in Mincron or AS-400 is an asset.
• Experience in the field of roofing or construction is preferable.
• Being up to date with occasions to improve customer service by better understanding the client and being empathetic towards them.
• Expressing yourself well
• Working well under pressure and on many files at once. 
• Ability to negotiate and solve problems

Salary: 15$ to 18$ per hour

Schedule: Day /40 hours / Monday to Friday

Status: Temporary (end of contract: October 2018)
