Our client is looking for a resourceful and professional person to be an internal sales representative in transport.

Under the Sales Director’s supervision, the representative helps manage and expand the clientele and new business opportunities.

Administrative tasks:

• Do monthly calls to every client for service verification;
• Monitor the account business level, corridors and the number of shipments;
• Enter client follow-ups in the CRM;
• Verify the possibility of creating new business opportunities with every monthly call;
• Fix invoicing and operations issues;
• Help improve operation procedures when needed;
• Integrate new corridors at the tariff agreement in effect;
• Promote company services that are not being used by the client.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service;
• Experience in LTL road transport;
• Good knowledge in computer science (Office, CRM clientele management system (an asset));
• Bilingual (English and French);
• Good communication skills, spoken and written.

Salary: 40 000$ to 50 000$ per year

Schedule: Day, from 8am to 5pm / 40 hours per week

Status: Permanent
