Located in Laval, our client is looking for someone to fill a position in the sales department. If you are a people person and are able to have trusting work relations, we have the right position for you!

Administrative tasks:

• Answer clients’ questions.
• Handle questions sent by email.
• Contact potential clients to suggest products.
• Prepare and complete orders.
• Confirm delivery delays with clients and advise them in case of delays.
• Communicate and follow-up with clients.
• Deal with product returns.
• Ensure that clients’ files are updated.
• Do other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in safety in heights –an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and of the Sage 50 software.
• Bilingualism.

Salary: Based on experience

Schedule: Day, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Status: Temporary
