Our client a company well-known in their field, is looking for two (2) people so cheerful that you can hear their smile through the phone, professional and comfortable on the phone to fill internal sales positions (contact new clients–telemarketing and telephone solicitation).

Your role will mostly consist of:

  • Do telephone solicitation,
  • Develop a potential clientele on telephone by using data banks given and/or by prospection,
  • Represent the company to target clients to have them be part of the organization,
  • Update prospects and solicitation data bases,
  • Complete files during a new enrolments and follow-up on payments,
  • Other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone customer service.
  • Able to work in a computerized environment.
  • Vocational Studies Diploma in sales or customer service (an asset).
  • Experience in call centers, a big asset.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Very good level of bilingualism.

Salary: 14.50$ per hour + commissions

Schedule: Day, from 8:30am to 4:30pm / 35 hours per week

Status: Permanent
