This seems to be a company in which you would feel at home? The timing is good, we are currently looking for an industrial staffing consultant for our branch in the West of Montreal. *The position will be established 50% at the office and 50% at the warehouse.*

Main tasks: 

• Pre-select candidates;
• Schedule interviews;
• Estimate candidacies and validate that they have the skills required for the sought position;
• Follow-up with selected candidates;
• Coordinate with the client’s visits in their company;
• Give the necessary training according to clients’ demands;
• Make the distribution in the morning and insure the smooth running of the daily departures;
• Supervise employees in the warehouse;
• Give feedbacks and motivate the employees in order to optimize the production;
• All other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• High school degree.
• Experience in the industrial field.
• Bilingual (spoken) – English and French.
• Have access to a car, an asset.
• Have a valid driving license – Class 5.
• Have a good driving record - proof will be required.

Salary : Base salary + Bonus + Social benefits.

Schedule : Evening shift / Full time

Status : Permanent
