Our client in Montreal is currently looking for an industrial painter to join their team! Your main task will be to do finishing work on machines.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Do finishing work: masking, clean steel before applying paint, clean welds, treatment (stainless steel passivation) as well as the paint.
• Manage consumable paint.
• Prepare (mix) paint.
• Ensure and maintain safety norms in the workspace.
• Maintain high conformity and quality requirements.
• Respect set dates and schedules.
• Follow the production process and methods of the department.
• Do other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Experience using liquid electrostatic epoxy paint.
• Handling a bridge crane, an asset.
• Available to work extra hours, if needed.

Salary: 18$ to 22$ per hour

Schedule: Day.
