We are currently looking for a human resources technician to join an exceptional team in Montreal. The role consist of offering administrative support to the human resources team. We are looking for someone who is cheerful, dedicated and organized who will know how to efficiently support a team.

Tasks:

• Varied tasks regarding the accountability of the training (1% Law);
• Help the department during the performance evaluation process;
• Post positions;
• Do pre-employment verifications;
• Complete other tasks related to recruitment;
• Manage the candidates’ management software;
• Complete many reports;
• Write, update and revise documents;
• Bring the administrative support required for the human resources department.

Requirements:

• College diploma in human resources, administration or other relevant fields;
• Minimum 3 years of similar experience;
• Bilingualism (French and English);
• Excellent writing skills in French;
• Comfortable using MS Office.
