Our client is seeking a resourceful, corporate and professional person to fill the position of human resources consultant/assistant.

Administrative tasks:

• Assist the director of human resources.
• Manage the agenda and travel meetings.
• Plan events.
• Help in recruiting: research, candidate identification.
• Write the tasks description and job offers.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up on applications.
• Write mail and update the HR database RH.
• Any other tasks required for the position

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or in work relations.
• Extensive knowledge in MS Office.
• Extensive knowledge in both official languages.
• Bilingualism required.
• Experience in human resources.

Salary: 45 000$ per year

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 5 PM / 37.5h per week

Status: Permanent
