Do you see yourself working here? Great, we are currently looking for a human resources clerk to join our internal human resources team! This is a unique occasion to gain experience in human resources, especially in recruitment!

Tasks:

  • Varied tasks in recruitment under special projects (clients);
  • Do regular follow-ups with clients in the process of current projects.
  • Find CVs in many candidate database and on LinkedIn;
  • Sort CVs;
  • Telephone interviews;
  • Convocations and in-person interviews;
  • Provide necessary information to candidates;
  • Professional reference check;
  • Support the internal human resources department.

Requirements:

  • ACS in human resources or other relevant diploma;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (by telephone is an asset);
  • Bilingualism (French and English);
  • Excellent written French;
  • Comfortable working with computers;
  • Fast typing speed.

Salary: 15$ to 17$ per hour.

Schedule: 24 hours per week / Day / Monday to Friday / Can be called to work full-time during special projects for 6-8 weeks and then back to 24 hours per week.

Status: Permanent / Job starts as soon as possible.
