Are you interested in the hotel industry? Located at the heart of Downtown Montreal, our client is looking for a Supervisor for its housekeeping team.  

Under the supervision of the manager, the work mostly consists of:

• Managing and supervising a team of employees and crewmen/women;
• Preparing schedules;
• Planning and distributing tasks to the employees;
• Respecting quality and cleanliness standards of the hotel;
• Verifying the maintenance done and inspecting the rooms;
• Making corrections if necessary;
• Be involved in employees’ training and evaluation;
• Replacing the manager when absent;
• Managing cleaning products stock;
• Ensuring that the collective agreement is applied;
• Doing other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Good level of bilingualism.

• Experience in a similar field (hotel industry, senior residence, etc.).
• Be able to work standing for long hours.
• Can easily manage a multiethnic team.
• Can work evenings and weekends.

Salary: Competitive.

Schedule: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm, according to the schedule (flexibility required).

Status: Permanent.
