Our client is a great transport company that has been in business for over 25 years and is seeking a heavy trucks parts clerk. Our client is a family-based company that moves for the best drivers the cars entrusted to them, quickly transport but with caution.

The tasks mostly consist of:

• Ordering special parts and negotiating prices with suppliers.
• Answering mechanics, drivers and providers questions.
• Preparing orders to send to suppliers.
• Preparing the invoices.
• Being in charge of managing and following up on guaranties and claims.
• Making sure of the stock flow with the MIR maintenance software.
• Managing inventory.
• Carrying out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• Vocational studies diploma in consultation and in sales for motor equipment parts are considered assets.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge in the heavy trucks parts market (essential).
• Experience in the transport field is essential.
• Excellent level of bilingualism in French and English.

Salary: 40 000$ to 45 000$ per year based on experience

Schedule: Day / 40 hours per week

Status: Permanent
