Under the responsibility of the administration council, you will have to:

  • Plan, organize and supervise quality and efficient services established by the strategic plan of the Foundation
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget and do a follow-up
  • Play a leading role and actively participate in the philanthropic process
  • Understand the influence of the Foundation and its community development in all selected territory
  • Plan, acquire, organize and evaluate human resources, finances, materials and information
  • Ensure the development and creation of relations with government authorities, partners, as well as different groupings and associations related to the Foundation
  • Work with the administration council and ensure decision follow-ups and executions

Requirements:

  • University degree in administration, marketing, finances, health and social services management.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in customer service and/or in a non-profit organization.
  • Excellent philanthropic surveying and intervention skills.
  • Bilingualism is necessary (spoken and written).
