The most important Canadian tire distributor with over 20 distribution centers, our client is an unavoidable player on the Canadian market of tire sales, whether it be for car dealers or even sales outlets on the Canadian market.

Our important client in Ville Saint-Laurent is looking for a candidate for the forklift operator – order picker position.

In a friendly environment, you will have to:

• Oversee the reception of incoming merchandise.
• Operate specialized lifting equipment.
• Prepare delivery vehicles according to work orders.
• Enter the articles in the warehouse management computer system.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Move products in the warehouse with a lifting device.
• Enter the products in inventory with a radiofrequency gun.
• Do maintenance tasks in the workplace.
• Inspect and report all irregularities on the lifting devices.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of driving a stand up lifting device.
• Competency card stating the training of safe driving of a lifting device.
• Be a go-getter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Constantly be oriented towards clients’ needs and with an attention to detail.
• Be reliable, rigorous and able to take initiative.

           Salary: 16$ per hour

Schedule: Day

Status: Temporary with possible extension
