The main tasks consist of taking part in the different production steps. The slaughter, gutting, quality control, respecting HACCP standards, keeping the workplace clean, following the company’s hygiene, health and safety standards as well as completing any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

Butcher training (an asset) / Ability to provide some physical effort and to use a knife / Being able to work in the heat and the cold / Ability to distinguish colours / Access to a vehicle / Interest in the food sector and ability to work in a place where there will be animal blood.

Salary: 14$ per hour, be available to work overtime.

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Status: Temporary with strong possibility of hire.
