Our client is a leader in their field and is seeking a financial analyst for 3 months, and with a possibility of extension, in their office in St-Bruno.

Administrative tasks:

  • Complete many financial analyses for the Controller and management.
  • Review customer invoices and make sure that the income is correct.
  • Analyze, follow-up on and correct customer account debit receipts.
  • Carry out accounting operations like journal entry and reconciliation balance sheet items.
  • Take part in preparing monthly financial statements.
  • Write personalized sales reports for management.
  • Suggest ways to improve current and control procedures.
  • Help the Controller in preparing annual tax.
  • Help the tax team with their questions.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in accounting or an equivalent training.
  • Minimum five years of experience in similar position.
  • CPA certification.
  • Bilingualism, essential.
  • Extensive knowledge in Office.
  • Knowledge in SAP, mandatory.

Salary: 25$ to 35$ per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Day / 8 AM to 5 PM / 40 hrs per week.

Status: Temporary - 3 months with possible extension.
