Estimator – Internal Project Manager #535

Do you like estimating and managing ventilation projects? We have the career opportunity that you are looking for! Our client in Laval is seeking for an estimator-internal project manager for their commercial division.

Main tasks:  

• Estimate the material and human resources necessary to start the plans;
• Manage and modify contracts, if need be;
• Plan and organize the steps in the projects and the intervention with the resource people;
• Oversee the intervention of the subcontractors on the fields;
• Ensure to follow up with the subcontractors;
• Ensure that everything is going well on the field;
• Visit the field when needed;
• Take part in meetings regarding the projects;
• Verify the quality of the work during every step;
• Carry out any other tasks similar to the job.

Requirements: 

• DCS in building mechanics.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in estimation.
• Extensive knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license (class 5).
• ASP card.

Salary: 50 000$ to 70 000$ per year

Schedule: Day shift.

Status: Permanent.
