Our client is a transport company located in Dorval and is seeking a dispatcher.

Main functions:

• Answer telephone calls.
• Call interlining transporters for pickups.
• Follow up on emails.
• Enter data in the security fence.
• Confirm documents, hours and signatures.
• Waiver control of the YMT board / court
• Waiver the refrigerated unit in the YMT system
• Call shippers.
• Manage the required documents for shipments to the United States.
• Scan and classify files.
• Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in road transport dispatching.
• Good knowledge in the field of transport.
• Good knowledge in geography.
• Be resourceful and multi-skilled.
• Be dynamic.
• Be able to manage many task at once.
• Be able to manage stress.
• Be available for overtime during peak season.

Salary: 50 000$ to 55 000$ per year.
