Our client is a manufacturing company for made-to-measure products. Located in the industrial area of Laval, they are currently seeking a long-term designer-kitchen designer and customer service specialist who would want to join their team.

Your responsibilities:

• Always offer exceptional customer service (by telephone, email and in person).
• Consult the customers with product choices and understand their needs.
• Take orders, manage the measurements being taken and the counters being installed.
• Follow up on the orders (internal and with the customers).
• Create the computer-based invoices for the customers.
• Work with different departments in the company (purchasing, sales, production, etc.).
• Any other tasks related to customer service required for the position.

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed.
• DVS in design / interior design – an asset.
• Good knowledge in computer tools.
• A lot of experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of the materials.
• Ability to convert measurements and read plans.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Designer-Kitchen designer.
• Good level of bilingualism – an asset.

Salary: To be discussed

Schedule: Day, Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM – 40 hours per week.
