URGENT- Are you available for a temporary mandate for an indefinite period? Our client is seeking a candidate to assist in a large-scale project. Our client is seeking a resourceful and professional person to fill the position of data migration technician for their office in Downtown Montreal.

The technician will have to:

  • Prepare payments and send statements/Excel by email to the VOD and PPV.
  • Calculate funds, US and manual payment lots, and send reports by emails to different affiliates and collectives.
  • Prepare manual payment lots.
  • Upload in the Oracle AP.
  • Handle invoice lots in the Payables module.
  • Confirm the amounts with the conciliation reports.
  • Help the team in charge of the tests with different ad hoc analyses.
  • Carry out any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Administration or training and relevant experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience relevant to the needed responsibilities.
  • Extensive knowledge in Excel and Access.
  • Knowledge in accounting software like Oracle – an asset.
  • Very good knowledge in French and English, both spoken and written.

Salary: 25$ per hour

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 5 PM / 40 hours per week

Status: Temporary
