Our client is the transport field is looking for a billing clerk for their Dorval office.

The job essentially consists of:  

• Entering data in the computer system.
• Entering the billing information of the waybills.
• Verifying and ensure that the data is exact.
• Respecting schedules.
• Finding errors and correct them.
• Greeting drivers and do the required verifications.
• Carrying out any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• Access to a vehicle.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Very good level of bilingualism, especially written (essential).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the transport field, an asset.
• Knowledge in Truckmate (a great asset).

Schedule: 15$ per hour.

Schedule: Evening, from 3 PM to 11 Pm, Monday to Friday

Status: Temporary, indefinite.
