Main tasks:

  • Receive and register invoices, forms, files and any other documents for data entry.
  • Enter data in the computer database.
  • Update the customer file information in the computer system.
  • Archive documents.
  • Ensure that the data and information received internally are conform.
  • Classify documents.
  • Any other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the hotel industry, at the reception desk.

Salary: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule: Day, 37.5 hours per week.
