Data Entry Clerk# 425

Our client is a great company with offices all over the world and is currently looking for a data entry clerk for a 5-month contract for their office in Pointe-Claire.  

Administrative tasks:

• Enter data in the clients’ record.
• Enter data and collect reports at the end of every month for monthly analyses.
• Save different cheque requisitions in the claims register.
• Write the consumers’ complaint in the system and print the documents.
• Prepare letters and boxes containing new pieces to transfer to consumers (ORACLE).
• Write all the complaints in the appropriate register, including product numbers as well as the new order and the date sent.
• Any other similar tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in the Oracle software, a big asset.
• Good typing speed (35 words/minute).
• Good knowledge in Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent level of bilingualism.

Salary: 14.75$ per hour.

Schedule: Day, from 8am to 4:30pm.

Status: Temporary.
