Our client is looking for a resourceful person to fill the position of customer service supervisor in Lachine.

The work mostly consists of:

• Managing and supervising a team of 5 people;
• Training your team;
• Ensuring that the established procedures are being followed;
• Preparing the staff’s schedules;
• Managing absences, sick leaves and vacations;
• Being involved in training new employees;
• Doing other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or other training seen relevant;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisor functions;
• Knowledge in Office;

Salary: 50 000$ to 60 000$ per year

Schedule: Full-time, 35 or 37.5 hours per week

Status: Permanent
