Customer Service Representative – Tooling and Construction # 950

Our client in Montreal is looking for 2 new people who have experience in hardware centers or in a rental center to join their team. Do you know tools and construction? This position in customer service is no doubt for you!

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Answer calls and greet clients;
• Take clients’ orders by telephone and enter data in the computer system;
• Understand clients’ needs to give them answers or appropriate solutions;
• Do warranty tracking with manufacturers;
• Research pieces/tools and process purchases with the providers;
• Do other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar tasks;
• Good knowledge of Suite Office;
• Experience in the tooling department (rental center, hardware) – essential;
• Comfortable in computer science;
• Good level of bilingualism.

Salary: 30 000$ to 37 000$ per year / based on experience.

Schedule: 40 hours per week
