A company in construction is currently looking for a new employee for their customer service and order taking department. Are you an independent learner who adapts easily and loves team work? Our client in Anjou would like to meet you for an interview!

The main responsibilities will be to:

  • Give information and answer clients’ questions (telephone and email).
  • Receive and register orders in the ERP system.
  • Follow-up on the complete order treatment with clients and different internal departments.
  • Contact clients when there is a delivery delay or other problems concerning the order.
  • Prepare proposals with sales representatives.
  • Return merchandise (RMA).
  • Take complaints of non-compliance (ISO) and follow-up.
  • Update clients’ files (coordinates, person of contact, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in construction – an asset.
  • Great knowledge in MS Office (Outlook and Excel).
  • Knowledge in JD Edwards – an asset.
  • Good level of bilingualism (intermediate).

Salary: 35 000$ to 40 000$ per year, based on experience

Schedule: Day, from 8am to 4:30pm or from 8:30am to 5pm / 37.5 hours per week

Status: Permanent
