Our client in the textile industry in Montreal is currently looking for a customer service representative to fill their energetic team.

Main tasks:

• Provide customer service by email to all of our clients around the world;
• Solve clients’ order problems, such as bas assortment, lost delivery and price adjustment;
• Find and solve shipment problems with Purolator and with the shipment service;
• Stay in contact with the other departments when it concerns orders and shipments;
• Handle all of the clients’ questions about return authorizations;
• Evaluate the reason of the return and, if it is valid, issue an RA # to return the damages to the warehouse;
• Issue a credit note after receiving defective merchandise;
• Help the sales team In answering clients’ questions by email and by telephone;
• Enter data in the system, answer questions related to order delivery, cancel the dates, colours, assortments and prices;
• Daily replacement for the receptionist during her lunch break;
• Any other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent bilingualism (essential);
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in manufacturing, an asset;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Salary: 16$ an hour.

Schedule: Day, from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Status: Temporary.
