Our client is an integrated solutions company in Ville Saint-Laurent and is seeking a customer service/office clerk to join their team.

Main tasks:

  • Write follow-up reports for clients.
  • Oversee that the merchandise is being delivered.
  • Answer all the customers’ questions by email and on the telephone (provide the status and the proof of delivery).
  • Answer all questions received by email of the other terminals (status and proof of delivery).
  • Print the brokers’ roadmap.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

  • Secondary 5 completed.
  • One year of experience in a similar field of transport.
  • Experience in a warehouse.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in transport.
  • Good level of bilingualism (French/English) spoken and written – essential.
  • Easily being able to work in a team.
  • Being organized and can easily adapt.

Salary: 14$ per hour

Schedule: Day shift, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1 hour lunch) / 20 to 30 hours per week
