Our client is a transport company and is looking for someone to fill the position of customer service clerk. NO SALE REQUIRED!

Main functions:

• Answer clients’ questions by email or telephone (provide proof of delivery, look for lost orders, give information regarding the condition of orders, etc.).
• Write the clients’ daily reports.
• Advise client on the status of their orders.
• Answer questions of the points of service across Canada.
• Complete other tasks required for the position

Schedule: Day / 8am to 5pm (1h lunch) 40h-week
