Our client is a company well-known in the fashion industry and is seeking a bilingual, customer service oriented and professional person to be their customer service clerk for their office in Montreal.

Administrative tasks:

  • Give customer service by email to all our clients.
  • Solve problems with customer orders like sorting, lost delivery and price adjustment.
  • Trace and handle shipment problems with Purolator and with the shipment service.
  • Maintain a relation with the other departments involved with orders and shipment.
  • Handle all customer returns authorization requests.
  • Evaluate the reason of the return and, if valid, give a RA # for returning the damaged products to the warehouse. Give a credit note after receiving defective merchandise.
  • Help the sales team to answer customers’ questions by email or on the telephone.
  • Enter the orders in the system and answer all questions on hold relative to the order deliveries, cancellation dates, colours, assortments and prices.
  • Replace the receptionist every day for their lunch break.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in MS Office.
  • Excellent level of bilingualism (essential).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (customer service on the telephone or orders office).

Salary: 16$ to 18$ per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Day / 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM / Monday to Friday

Status: temporary, 1 month with possible extension
