Our client in the Prairie is in full growth. Specializing in transport, they are currently seeking a customer service clerk to join their team for the day shift.

Main tasks

• Take customers’ orders
• Schedule appointments
• Manage the customer service
• Answer the telephone and provide information on the products
• Follow-up on the trucks in the satellite system and inform the clients on delays and/or appointment changes
• Receive customer emails and answer their solicitations
• Scan documents and send them by email
• Enter data
• Create the ACE and ACI for customs transport
• Keep the software used by clients for their orders and invoices up to date
• Carry out any other requested tasks.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Bilingualism, both spoken and written.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience and/or good knowledge in the transport field.
• Ability to work alone.

Salary: 16.50$ per hour.

Schedule: Day shift / 40 hours per week / 8 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday).

Stats: Permanent.
