Our client, a manufacturing company in St-André-d ’Argenteuil, just created a position in the company to work with the customer service supervisor. Do you think you have the stuff to join this team, we want to meet you!

This position is now available, you can start as of next week!

Your tasks will be to:

  • Give quality customer service;
  • Answer telephone calls and questions
  • Receive and register orders in the computer system;
  • Follow-up on order and file processing;
  • Communicate with clients when there is a delay in delivery
  • Write emails in French and English directly to clients
  • Efficiently solve clients’ problems;
  • Classify files
  • Provide administrative support to the department supervisor
  • Do other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma completed.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of the ERP system – an asset
  • At least 2 years of experience in a position in customer service/ order taking
  • Experience in manufacturing – an asset.
  • Perfectly bilingual (75% of clients are Anglophone) – The level of bilingualism will be verified during the interview

Salary: 30 000$ to 35 000$

Schedule: Day / 8am to 4:30pm / 37.5 hours per week

Status: Permanent
