Urgent! Our client is a renowned professional association and is looking for a professional and efficient customer service agent.

The position will begin in about two weeks – do not miss this opportunity!

Administrative tasks:

• Greet clients according to different sources and handle questions related to the other team members;
• Create the clients’ files (paper and computer), classify them and follow-up on them.
• Apply the different processes while taking into account the legal and policy framework.
• Collaborate in presenting files to the administrative committees and their follow-ups;
• Create different reports for follow-ups or other;
• Take part in supervising examination sessions;
• Collaborate in managing documentation and file digitization;
• Complete any other similar task requested by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• DCS in office automation, administrative techniques or in a similar field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingualism, essential (French and English).
• Excellent in spelling, grammar and writing skills.

Salary: 20$ to 24$ based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Day / 9am to 5pm

Status: Temporary (replacement for a maternity leave).
