As a specialist in customer service, you will have to:

• Answer clients’ questions by email, telephone, chat and via social media.
• Work with the other internal departments to efficiently answer clients’ questions.
• Advise clients, by email, the status of their orders.
• Optimize the client’s experience by suggesting creative solutions for all contact points.
• Do other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in a call center – an asset.

Salary: 18$ per hour.

Schedule:

Day / Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm (35h)
Evening / Monday to Friday from 1pm to 9pm (telework)
